2. Question paper pattern of UPGIC mains Physics question paper.

This question paper have three sections as Section A, Section B and Section C.

• Weightage of Section A is 50 Marks. Length of answer writing is 50 words.
• Section A contains 12 questions and candidates attempt any 10 questions out of 12.
• Section B contains 7 questions and candidates are required to attempt any 5 questions out of 7 questions and all questions carry equal marks. The weightage of Sections B is 75 marks and length of answer writing is 150 words.
• Section C contains 7 questions and candidates are required to attempt any 5 questions out of 7 questions and all questions carry equal marks. The length of answer writing is 250 words.
• This question paper have total 26 questions and candidate are required to attempt total 20 questions.
