- Purpose: Development of “plastic city” Dibiyapur in Auraiya district.
- Date of signing: March 31, 2021 (web conference)
- GAIL to provide raw material to allottees of the area on concessional rates, supply of
- gas and proving guidance on downstream projects to allottees and to organise an
- investor meet at Dibiyapur by calling their clients/investors.
- UPSIDA has earmarked a plot for GAIL and is looking for some big units to kick off
- the development of the area
- GAIL (India) Limited: formerly known as Gas Authority of India Ltd. is an Indian
- government agency responsible for natural gas processing and distribution in India
- headquartered in New Delhi, India. It is under ownership of Ministry of Petroleum
- and Natural Gas , Government of India . It has the following business segments:
- natural gas, liquid hydrocarbon, liquefied petroleum gas transmission, petrochemical,
- city gas distribution, exploration and production, GAILTEL and electricity
- generation.
- UPSIDA: public sector undertaking of the Corporation of Uttar Pradesh spearheading
- the development of industrial infrastructure in State since the last 56 years

- 42000 acres of land, which houses more than 26,000 units providing direct
- employment to lacs of people
